These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GVG Entertainment website at gvg-entertainment.pplx.app and any related booking services (together, the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Booking inquiries are not contracts

The information on this Site, including act descriptions, sample setlists, technical riders, and media, is provided for informational and promotional purposes only. Submitting a booking inquiry through our contact form is a request for information — it is not an offer, acceptance, or binding contract. No engagement is confirmed until GVG Entertainment issues a signed written performance agreement.

Pricing, availability, and cancellations

• Pricing quoted in follow-up communications is valid for the window stated in that communication and is subject to change if not confirmed in writing.
• All bookings are subject to the artist’s availability at the time a signed agreement is countersigned by GVG Entertainment.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and force-majeure terms are set out in each individual performance agreement.

Intellectual property

The GVG Entertainment name, logo, roster copy, band photographs, and video content on this Site are owned by GVG Entertainment or the applicable artist, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Tribute-act names on this Site reference the original artists strictly for the purpose of describing the tribute’s style. All artist names, song titles, and album titles are the property of their respective owners. GVG Entertainment’s tribute acts are independent, unaffiliated productions and are not endorsed by or associated with the original artists.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or automated inquiries.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying database.
• Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.
• Use content from the Site in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, YouTube embeds of live performance video). GVG Entertainment is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to keep information current, we don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GVG Entertainment disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GVG Entertainment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
